We view diversity and inclusion as more than policies — they are an integral part of who we are as a company. To support the realization of our vision and mission, we have established the following strategic pillars:
- Ensure an inclusive workplace: Foster a culture of belonging by creating clear pathways for associates to make meaningful connections with one another.
- Develop a diverse talent pool: Enhance diversity across the business by attracting a diverse pipeline of talent for development and succession planning.
- Leverage diversity and inclusion in the marketplace: Engage external organizations that support our mission and vision and add value and resources to the work we are doing internally.
- Report our progress: Execute on diversity and inclusion goals and objectives against which Jackson can be evaluated.
Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council
Established in 2018, our Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council identifies opportunities for advancing our inclusive and diverse work environment. The council is responsible for executing against our four strategic pillars for long-term sustainability and ensuring our Business Resource Associate Groups (BRAGs) have the resources they need to be successful. The council evaluates all aspects of the organization and suggests strategies to continue embedding diversity and inclusion into Jackson's day-to-day business.
